Melanoma is one of the most aggressive and life-threatening cancers known and melanin is known as a key biotransformation enzyme. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the possible effects of extracts obtained from Hyalophora cecropia leaves on human skin melanoma cell lines A375 and B16-F10. The chloroform extract from H. cecropia leaves (HcCE) was prepared and the presence of extracts was confirmed by HPLC. The effect of HcCE and dacarbazine (DTIC) on cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay. The results indicated that the HcCE inhibited the growth of A375 and B16-F10 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Flow cytometry analysis revealed that the HcCE induced cell death by apoptosis in both melanoma cell lines. In addition, HcCE significantly inhibited colony formation, increased caspase-3 activity, and decreased glutathione concentration in both cell lines compared with control group.Just a few minutes ago, the U.S. Military confirmed the death of a soldier named Staff Sergeant William Duncan, who died from wounds suffered during an attack on Oct. 8th in the Sangin Valley in Afghanistan. He was 24.
Sgt. Duncan enlisted in the Marine Corps in December of 2007. He served as a mortarman. He was part of the 3rd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment in Hawaii, and deployed to Iraq in July 2008.
Staff Sergeant Duncan was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

This issue is associated with the FSCK install errors after attempting to install the RealView updates for the Microsoft office 2013.
The solution was to remove RealView manually then run the install on the RealView updates again.
If someone can explain why the updates are failed it would be of interest.

Best Approach to Interrogate and filter an external API in a JavaScript application
I'm trying to figure out how to best and efficiently handle calling an external API from a browser based client app (currently a React + Redux + Redux-Saga architecture) so that I can convert the data into the appropriate format for use internally.
Since I'm building this as a standard web app and will have the ability to add new integrations, I have to be able to provide a way to dynamically filter and update the results from the API.
If I do it in a more traditional way (using JQuery) I would have to hit the API every time the user makes a request, which seems very inefficient (especially in the real world where this app will probably handle around 50+ requests per minute).
So, I would ideally have a server side function where the API calls are passed through the server (it makes sense to have this side be written in PHP) and then have a standard React/Redux/Redux-Sagas application that interacts with the filter/outlier result and sends this to the client.
